Publication: Microbiome-transcriptome covariation

Big congratulations to Frances Llanwarne, MRes alumnus, for her new publication. Frances spent her project re-analysing public data on gut microbiota composition and host gut transcriptome in wild flies. In the original publication, no correspondence was identified, but Frances hung on tenaciously and found a signal. Nice work Frances!
